Terms of payment:

All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".

A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Specific conditions:
Pour les frais (port, emballage et protection) Cartatof applique un forfait par facture pour les envois en France : quel que soit le nombre d'objets à envoyer le prix du port sera inchangé (pour des objets de même catégorie et hors lots par quantité) ! Vous avez donc tout intérêt à grouper vos achats pour faire de bonnes affaires ! Pensez-y !
(Pour les envois à l'étranger, des forfaits 3, 20, 50, 100 objets seront appliqués)
Règlement par Mangopay à privilégier si possible, ou par virement (via Mangopay) ou, si pas possible autrement, par Paypal.

Offres inférieures : (Uniquement par le système officiel du site : aucune offre par question sur l'objet ou message direct ne sera prise en compte)
De 1 à 10 jours de mise en vente : aucune offre inférieure ou groupée acceptée.
De 11 à 90 jours : j'accepte d'étudier les offres jusqu'à -10%, pour des prix de départ supérieurs à 2€ . (paiement par MANGOPAY à privilégier si possible).
Au delà de 90 jours : j'accepte d'étudier les offres jusqu'à -15%, pour des prix de départ supérieurs à 2€ (paiement par MANGOPAY à privilégier si possible).

Délai de paiement : La charte Delcampe prévoit maintenant que les factures doivent être payées dans un délai de 14 jours à compter de leur émission. A défaut de paiement à l'issue de ce délai, les ventes seront annulées avec évaluation négative (faute de quoi le règlement du site prévoit de responsabiliser le vendeur en lui facturant les commissions impayées …)
ATTENTION : Les dates de fin ne sont pas figées. Je peux les avancer sans préavis, y compris les ventes ayant reçu des enchères : dans ce cas le dernier meilleur enchérisseur remporte le lot . Si un lot vous intéresse placez une enchère dessus immédiatement pour éviter de passer à coté de la vente (dans ce cas vous serez averti d'une éventuelle modification de date de fin).

EVALUATIONS : Les évaluations seront données à reception de celle de l'acheteur .

ACHATS MULTIPLES : Mes factures sont mises à jour à chaque achat et sont envoyées “au fil de l'eau” tant que vous n'effectuez pas de paiement. Il n'y a donc pas de problème : dans ma boutique c'est vous qui décidez quand vos achats sont terminés.
