Paire d'épées DAO chinoises :
Longueurs : 89 cm et 67 cm

Epoque : Chine, XVIIe siècle.
Paire d'épées de cavalerie de la fin de la dynastie Ming au début de la dynastie Ching/Qing, XVIe-XVIIe siècle.
Ancienne épée Dao de l'armée impériale chinoise de la dynastie Qing, dotée d'une large lame à un seul tranchant légèrement courbée. Une seule gouttière sur la partie supérieure de la lame. Garde circulaire et poignée enveloppée.

NB : ces épées sont anciennes et présentent de nombreuses traces de rouille et de restauration (peinture).
Les lames sont assez oxydées, les poignées ont été restaurées, l'ensemble est recouvert de peinture.
