    I've complained about these before, if we can't add a simple letter chasing them to the drop down menu can we at least warn all buyers that if they don't they run the risk of NOT getting feedback, may I suggest we all archive such sales after say 2 months? (as I've started doing)

    The Delcampe site seems to assume that all items are received by buyers unless the buyer tells seller that item not received. I can live with that!

    On the question of feedback, I only give feedback after buyer has given me feedback (so obviously item received), so this is not a problem either. Been doing that for 14 years and never received a complaint about it in all that time..

    Works for me.....but not for everybody
