Returns and Cancellation Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We want your long-term repeat business.
Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you have the right to cancel the sales contract and return your goods to us within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund or exchange/credit against other goods. Your right to cancel the contract and return your items will expire after 14 days of receiving the goods.
In order to exercise this right as a consumer, you must inform us that you wish to receive a refund/exchange by phone, email or post (please see contact details at the bottom of this page) and the items must be returned within the 14-day period in their original packaging and in the original condition that they were sent. Please retain proof of postage when returning your goods.
If you return your items to us for a refund, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the item(s), including the cost of standard delivery. If the customer has selected first, express or special delivery, these costs shall not be reimbursed.
The customer must, however, bear the cost of returning the goods to us and we hold no responsibility to refund this cost, unless the goods which you received were faulty or do not meet the description shown.
We are entitled to make a reduction to the amount reimbursed to you (up to the amount of the purchase value) for the loss of value of the goods supplied, if the loss has resulted from unnecessary or careless handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement to you without delay and no later than -
- 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after we receive evidence from you that you have returned the goods, or
- If there were no goods supplied yet, 14 days after we receive the decision from you to cancel the contract.
We will make the reimbursement to you using the same means of payment as the initial transaction.
For international customers, the same terms and conditions apply but costs to the consumer will only be reimbursed once the returned item is actually received. Proof of postage in an international transaction will not be enough to initiate the reimbursement, since international post may take longer than the usual 14-day grace period.
