Authorize the connection to your account
In order to increase the security when logging on Delcampe, a location verification system has been put in place.
If the system detects a difference between the location defined in your account and the one corresponding to the IP address you are using when you log in, an email will be sent to your personal email account and you will see the following message displayed:
"For security reasons, please allow this connection from your email box. If you have any questions, we invite you to read the article in our help centre".
To log in to your account
- Go to your personal inbox
- Open the mail which has the following title: "Authorize the connection to your Delcampe account"
- Click on the bouton "Authorize the connection" in the email you have received
- You are now logged in to your account
Note: This situation may reoccur if your IP address changes. If this happens, you will have to repeat the above steps.
