On Delcampe, communication between members is essential. The seller and buyer can contact each other as soon as the sale is closed via the website's messaging system.

To send a message to your seller

  1. Go to "My purchases"
  2. Click on "Contact the seller" under the seller's nickname
    contact
  3. Enter your message
  4. Click on "Send"

Tip: You can send attachments using the "Add a file" button. The maximum size and authorised formats are indicated on the page where you write your message.

Please note: If you have not yet purchased an item from a seller, you will not be able to contact them directly by message.
You have two options:
1. if you have a question about an item being sold by a seller, you can use the "Ask a question" tab on the item page
2. if you want to contact this member for any other reasons, you will have to become a verified member, go to their profile page and click on "Contact member".
