Unarchiving a purchase
If you have archived a purchase or a complete payment request and wish to unarchive it, you can do so via "My purchases" page.
To unarchive a purchase
- Go to the "My purchases: Archived" page
- Find the purchase or payment request and click on "Retrieve from archive"
- The payment request is moved to the tab corresponding to its status before archiving.
You can unarchive a purchase up to 2 months after it has been archived. After this period, the "Retrieve from archive" button will no longer appear.
