If you have mistakenly marked a payment as "received", the transaction can be found under the “Awaiting shipment" tab of your sale tracking and the icon “payment received” is ticked.

 

To restore the situation:

  1. Go to "My sale tracking: Awaiting shipment"
  2. Select the transaction and click on the “Payment received” icon

    The transaction returns to the "Invoiced" tab
  3. Click again on the “payment received” icon once you receive the payment.
