Your Delcampe account is used to pay the fees you owe Delcampe:

  • Commissions
  • Sales options
  • Club+ membership
  • Renewals
  • Postal verification
  • Adverts

Note: You cannot use the Delcampe balance to pay for your purchases.

Several payment options are available to add money to your Delcampe account. You can choose among the following options: Delcampe Pay, PayPal or bank transfer.

How to add money to your Delcampe account

To add money to your Delcampe account:

  1. Go to My Delcampe fees: Credit my account
  2. Select your payment method
  3. Depending on the payment method selected, you may be redirected to a payment approval page.

Tip: This function is also available via your history. Click on "Credit my account" mceclip0.png to go there.

Using Delcampe Pay

Using PayPal

  1. Click on mceclip0.png
  2. Enter the amount you want to add

  3. Click on mceclip1.png
  4. You will be redirected to the payment website to finalize your payment.

By bank transfer

  1. Click on mceclip0.pngat virement.PNG
  2. Carefully read the instructions
  3. Go to to your bank’s website or to your bank to make the bank transfer

Transfer times for certain payment methods

Payments made with Delcampe Pay and PayPal are recorded by Delcampe immediately.

Bank transfers are entered manually, which means that processing can take up to 14 calendar days before appearing in your Delcampe account.
The money transferred will be entered at the earliest two days after your transfer is made.

If the amount has not been added to your Delcampe balance after 14 calendar days, please contact our customer service and provide us with your proof of payment.
