As a seller, you have the possibility to cancel a sale if the transaction has not been completed. It may happen that this cancellation has to be cancelled afterwards. This must be done within a maximum of 60 days after the sale has been completed.

To cancel a sale cancellation

  1. Go to My Delcampe fees: My cancelled sales
  2. Find the cancellation request you want to cancel
  3. Click on "Delete"
  4. Click on "Confirm"
  5. The status of the cancellation request will be "Cancelled"

If the "Delete" button is missing, this means that the 60-day deadline has been exceeded and that you are not allowed to delete the cancellation. In this case, we invite you to contact our customer service.
