Buying with Delcampe Pay

Buyers pay no user fees. You can use this payment method without fees.

Withdrawing and adding money to your Delcampe Pay Account is free.

Selling with Delcampe Pay

Withdrawing and adding money to your Delcampe Pay Account is free.

Transaction fees are automatically deducted from every payment you receive via Delcampe Pay.

Prices are calculated based on your status and location.

Example:
A buyer purchases an item costing €3.00. The seller requests €0.50 for shipping fees. The total payment requested is, therefore, €3.50.
The buyer pays the amount via Delcampe Pay.
The seller receives €3.10 on their Delcampe Pay Account.

Refund of a payment received

If you decide to refund a buyer, the total amount paid by them will be returned. That is, the amount that you received and the fees deducted from the transaction. The latter will be paid by Delcampe Pay.

Example:
The buyer paid €3.50.
The seller received €3.10 and €0.40 were deducted as transaction fees by Delcampe Pay. 
The seller refunds the amount received from the buyer: €3.10.
The €0.40 in transaction fees are refunded by Delcampe Pay.
The buyer therefore recovers the entire €3.50 they sent.

Conversion fees

In the event of a transaction in different currencies for the buyer and seller, conversion fees may be charged. The conversion fees are charged to the buyer.

The rate is calculated on the basis of your status and location.

How to pay Delcampe Pay fees

The fees are automatically deducted from your Delcampe Pay Account for each transaction.

Can I get an invoice for the Delcampe Pay fees deducted?

Only professional sellers will receive an invoice for their Delcampe Pay fees.
The invoice is available at the beginning of every month.

Can I pay my Delcampe Pay fees from my Delcampe Account?

Given that the fees are automatically deducted from your Delcampe Pay Account at the time of every transaction, it isn’t necessary to credit your Delcampe Pay Account.
