As soon as a transaction is marked paid, the information to send the payment is no longer available.

If you have indicated that you have paid for your purchase when you have not, you have the opportunity to go back. This will give you access to the payment information again.

To access the payment information again

  1. Go to "My purchases: Awaiting Shipment"
  2. Find the transaction and click on the "Payment Sent" icon

    This will deactivate the icon, so the transaction will go back to the “Awaiting payment” tab
  3. Go to “My purchases : Awaiting payment
  4. To access the seller's payment details or choose another payment method, click on "Pay" next to the transaction
