My seller has refunded my payment. Where can I see this amount?
If you paid your seller via one of the methods linked to Mangopay, they are able to refund you (completely or partially) from Delcampe.
Whatever the method, you will see a line showing the refund received in your payment history.
Whether your balance is updated or not depends on the payment method used to pay your item.
If you have paid your seller using Mangopay
In the case of a full refund, the refund is based on the method used to for your item:
- If you paid for your purchase from your available balance on the site, the amount refunded will appear in your balance.
- If you paid for your purchase using a linked card, the amount will be automatically returned to your card. Depending on your bank, in your statement either the debit will be cancelled and set to zero, or you will see debit and credit transactions. Note that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear. The amount refunded will therefore not be added to the balance.
In the event of a partial refund, the amount refunded will appear in your balance regardless of the method initially used.
If you have paid your seller using PayPal
If you paid your seller using one of the methods linked to PayPal, you will be able to see the amount returned on their site.
