Shipping costs are approx GBP 3.35 to the UK, and GBP 4.80 to the rest of the world
The above clearly does not include any registration costs. Should you require your purchase to be registered, please let me know with the order, and I will provide you with a quote. In general, however, a rough estimate is approx 7 pounds plus a handling fee of 5 pounds for the agent.
Deliveries take approx. 2-3 days from South Africa to the UK, and maybe another 5 days to final destination, using Royal Mail. And at present I am sending approx 1 DHL parcel every week. However, to achieve these prices I need to bulk up at least 10 sales to fill a DHL parcel, and this might take longer than the estimated time required.
Generally, there has been almost zero losses using this new process (which I started in January 2021), but if there is a problem I will try to make good on such items, within reason, as customer satisfaction is a priority. Registration or insurance is generally not cost effective for run of the mill transactions, and large orders or collections can be sent by courier, as a special request, and a quote will be provided as part of the transaction. Such transactions will be dealt with up front on an individual basis.
