New Shipping Policy for Kyrgyz Express Post
- All KEP orders are shipped as Registered Mail at a flat rate of $4.99.
- No limit to the number of stamps per order — still just $4.99 total.
- KEP stamps cannot be combined with stamps from other countries or postal authorities.
General Shipping & Handling
- Worldwide standard letter (under 20g): $2.49
- Registered mail (optional for small orders): From $9,49, US at higher postage rate
- Required registered mail for orders over $24.99 (for the protection of both buyer and seller)
- Registered mail is always required for: China, Eastern Europe (including Russia, Ukraine, Latin America, Africa, and most of Asia
(Japan, South Korea & Thailand are exceptions)

Proof of Shipping
All letters and parcels are photographed at the post office after being stamped or processed with ATM postage.
If you choose unregistered shipping, you accept the risk of loss or damage.

As I have listed many issues from Laos and Vietnam, please note that many stamp series from the 1960s through the 1990s were issued without gum.
I will still use the term MNH (Mint Never Hinged) for these stamps, as issued by the authorities.
