Kuensel and Bhutan Post 2008 Free Postage postcards
The Bhutanese newspaper Kuensel published on the occasion of the 28^th birthday of the 5^th King as a supplement in their issue of 20 February 2008 a set of 7 matte basic postcard paper pages with each 4 post cards on them, so 28 different postcards in all, which, in cooperation with Bhutan Post, could be posted for free the next three days (21, 22 and 23 February 2008) to destinations within Bhutan. The postcards had to be cut out of the pages by hand. The eight page of the same material is the front page of this special supplement displaying a large picture of the 5^th King.
