Käufer zahlt Porto- und Verpackungskosten. Beim Kauf von mehreren Artikeln wird ein kombiniertes Porto berechnet.
Abholung der Ware ist nicht möglich. Versand innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach Zahlungseingang. Bieten Sie nur, wenn Sie mit den Zahlungs- und Versandbedingungen einverstanden sind.
Eine Gesamt-Rechnung (inklusive Porto- und Verpackugskosten) wird dem erfolgreichen Bieter innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach Auktionsende per eMail zugestellt.
Die Portokosten sind je nach Artikel und/oder Käufer unterschiedlich. Abhängig von der Größe und/oder Gewichts des Versandkuverts, der Wert des Artikels und das Bestimmungsland.
Die Portokosten für Ansichtskarten, Postkarten und kleine Briefe (meist vor 1900) sind am günstigsten. Moderne Briefe und FDC‘s sowie Dokumente bis 500 g werden in einem großen Kuvert verschickt. Abhängig vom Wert wird der Versand normal oder entweder per Einschreiben, Wertbrief oder Wertpaket verschickt.

Postage and Shipping
Buyer pays postage & packing cost. A combined Postage will be advised in the event of successful bids on more than one lot.
Pick up / take up of goods is not possible. Shipping within 2 days after payment. If payment is not made I will re-list and ban without notice. Please only bid if you are serious about paying.
Invoice (including all costs) to winners will be emailed within 2 days following end of auction.
The postage costs vary depending on the item and/or buyer. Depending on the size and/or weight of the shipping envelope, the value of the item and the country of destination.
The postage costs for picture postcards, postal stationery postcards and small letters (usually before 1900) are most favorable. Modern letters and FDC's as well as documents up to 500 g are sent in a large envelope. Depending on the value of the shipment is sent normally or either by registered letter, insured and tracked letter or package.

QUALITÄTSMERKMALE BRIEFE, GANZSACHEN UND ANSICHTSKARTEN
Um die Beschreibungen der Briefe, Ganzsachen und Ansichtskarten zu verkürzen wurden dafür Qualitätsmerkmale festgelegt - diese entsprechen die übliche Kataloge (Einteilung in 3 - 5 Qualitätsstufen). Die übliche Erhaltung der Briefe, Ganzsachen und Ansichtskarten bis 1945 ist in den meisten Fällen 3*; Briefe, Ganzsachen und Ansichtskarten mit 4* oder sogar 5* bedingen teilweise nicht unerhebliche Preisaufschläge.
QUALITY FEATURES COVERS, POSTAL STATIONERY AND POSTCARDS
To shorten the descriptions of covers, postal stationery and postcards we defined quality characteristics - these correspond to the usual catalogs (classification into 3-5 grades). The usual conservation of covers, postal stationery and postcards to 1945 in most cases is 3 *; covers, postal stationery and postcards with 4 * or even 5 * cause significant price premiums.

Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

Instructions on Withdrawal
Rigth of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 1 month without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 1 month from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Briefmarken Adrianus G. Duits, Robert-Schumann-Str. 9, 90768 Fürth, Germany; tel. +49 1525-3582259; e-mail: ukpostalhistory@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form at the end, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Briefmarken Adrianus G. Duits, Robert-Schumann-Str. 9, 90768 Fürth, Germany), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
