If you don't want to make a sale with a particular member, you can place him/her on your blacklist. This feature will prevent him/her from buying from your shop.

In order to blacklist a member:

  1. Go to the page "Buyer blackist"  
  2. Click on "Add a buyer"
  3. Enter the member's nickname and the reason why you want to add it
  4. Click on "Add to list"

The reason you indicate for blacklisting a member is confidential and will not be communicated to the member.
