This article explains how to relist a sale which has been cancelled from:

 

From your sales tracking

  1. Go to the page "My sale tracking"
  2. Find lthe cancelled item that you want to relist

    Tip: A cancelled item will easily be identified thanks to its unique red background.

  3. Click on mceclip2.png
  4. A page similar to the selling form is displayed.

    Tip: You can modify all the information concerning the listing (title, price, image, etc...)

  5. Click on mceclip3.png
  6. A confirmation of the new listing will appear
  7. Find back this new listing in your ongoing sales

    Note: This new listing will have a new item number.

 

From the item's page

  1. Go to the item's page
  2. Click on the button mceclip4.png in the upper right of the page
  3. A page similar to the selling form is displayed.

    Tip: You can modify all the information concerning the listing (title, price, image, etc...)

  4. Click on mceclip3.png
  5. A confirmation of the new listing will appear
  6. Find back this new listing in your ongoing sales

    Note: This new listing will have a new item number.
