I mistakenly marked the payment as received from my buyer, what should I do?
If you have mistakenly marked a payment as "received", the transaction can be found under the “Awaiting shipment" tab of your sold items and the icon “payment received” is ticked.
To no longer mark the payment as received
- Go to "My sold items: Awaiting shipment"
- Select the transaction and click on the “Payment received” icon
The transaction returns to the "Invoiced" tab - Click again on the “payment received” icon once you receive the payment.
