I receive a message telling me that my nickname or password is incorrect
Check that your caps lock is off, then try again.
If you have pre-registered your password in your browser, check that it is still correct and try again.

If you still can’t log in:
- Have your nickname sent to you by e-mail: I forgot my nickname
- Ask to reset your password: I forgot my password
- Try to log in with the nickname that your received and your password
I receive a message indicating that the limit of attempts has been exceeded
This limit is intended to protect you personally and increase the security of your account. If you receive this message, please contact our Customer Service.
A member of the Delcampe team will be able to unblock you.
I receive a message indicating that my account is closed or suspended
If you receive this message, please contact our Customer Service.
I want to register and am notified I already have an account
If you get this message, it means that you are on the registration form and not on the login page
If you already have an account, there is no need to re-register in order to create another one even if you are not able to log in.
If you have forgotten your nickname, have your nickname sent to you by email: I forgot my nickname
If you have forgotten your password, request a password reset: I forgot my password
If you are still blocked, please contact our Customer Service.
Warning: if you create a new account, you will start from scratch. You will not have any transaction history nor any saved or favourite searches on this new account, for example.
I've been asked to authorise a new connection to my account, what should I do?
