We ship orders up and until 50 euro by regular mail, orders between 50 and 150 euro registered and orders above 150 euro insured, unless agreed otherwise.
All orders will be invoiced automatically during the night (central european time). In our automated logistic system it is not possible to combine orders, so be sure that you ordered all that you want to buy from us before the end of the day (central european time).
Each finished order will be shipped separately.

Our stock is held in more than 10 different locations within the Netherlands, therefore it might take some days before we have collected your order in one place and are able to send it to you as one shipment. This also means that after you have carefully selected all the stamps for your order, it is activated at these locations. Combining and adjusting an order is therefore unfortunately not possible. Please take note of this when creating your order and make sure your Delcampe order is ready before the end of the day (central european time). Later additions will always be handled as new orders and shipped separately.
All offers are under reserve. Due to the fact that we work with different platforms, typing errors, stocking errors and delay in database connections to upload data on Delcampe, there is always a minor possibility that we cannot deliver an item. In which case we, of course, will refund.

Warranty
If the customer does not wish to keep the product for any reason, he/she has the right to return it to us within seven (7) days after delivery. Returned shipments can only be accepted if warning is given in writing, packing is undamaged and products are in the same condition as when shipped by PostBeeld. Shipping costs for returned the items will be paid by the customer.
