It contains 2 stamps with the aforementioned designs, except with NT＄32 denominations, as well as spot embossing and a laser-printed holograph. An unconventional approach has been taken to extend the designs on the stamps into the area of the marginal inscriptions, with the bright and multihued stamps set off against a largely yellow background.

1. NT＄32, A bicycle-riding “green angel,” who is delivering mail full of joy and warmth to places far and wide, is being hoisted aloft by a hot-air balloon.
2. NT＄32,The image shows a carrier pigeon wearing a ribbon in the shape of an "e", which is spreading news about the computerization and e-commercialization. The treasure convenience box that the pigeon is carrying on its back is chock full of caring concern, happiness and wealth. It represents the joy and convenience that multifaceted postal services bring to the people.
