By express request from buyers, Registered shipping may be changed to First Class international mail for worldwide destinations providing buyers understand and accept responsibility for in-transit loss or damage.
Multiple purchases may be combined in a single shipment with shipping costs invoiced according to gross weight and current Spanish postal rates.
Shipments under € 49.99 exceeding 3oz (85 grams) will be invoiced according to current Spanish postal rates.
CLAIMS: Claims arising from faulty, erroneous and/or incomplete shipments or otherwise not in accordance with item descriptions and/or scans must be reported not later than 30 days after arrival to destination. In such cases, buyers will be requested to return such items with original packing for replacement and/or reimbursement including buyer´s return costs. Buyers are cautioned not to accept shipments with signs of damage as it will render insurance coverage and our replacement or reimbursement guarantee void.
