Any item returned by a competent authority (BPP,VoB,APS,etc) may be returned within four months of receipt and we will immediately refund the cost of the item and our shipping fees, but we will not be responsible for the cost of the expertization itself. We are members of the American Philatelic Society (APS), are rated A+ by the USA Better Business Bureau, and have been a Colorado corporation (dba Gothic Stamps, Inc) since 1993.
Payment:	We accept PayPal, cash in Euro or Dollars, US$ checks or money orders (ONLY drawn on US banks ). Wire transfers can be accepted on orders over $500 -- the reason for the high minimum are the insane fees US banks charge to receive wire transfers. There is 6.7 percent sales tax only for residents of our home state of Colorado (USA).
Shipping	New policy: SHIPPING VIA NORMAL AIRMAIL IS FREE! If you desire Registered / Einschreiben shipping outside the United States, the cost is $17. International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying -- We cannot mark items as 'gift'.
