To facilitate a smooth transaction process, it is expected that payment be made within seven days following the purchase of a lot. A courteous reminder will be issued in the event that payment is not received within this stipulated timeframe. However, should payment continue to remain outstanding another 7 days after the reminder, the sale will be promptly cancelled and the unpaid item will be relisted. Subsequently, a trilingual negative feedback will be issued, accompanied by the blacklisting of the non-compliant buyer. Additionally, the incident of non-payment will be publicly highlighted in the Delcampe forum for broader awareness. Should a buyer have any problems with payment this can always be discussed and if need be payment can be done in arranged installments for more expensive items.
