nice set of 6 all contemporary forgery banknotes from different countries. The set includes a forgery of Danzig 2 Pfennige 1923, which is even printed on watermarked paper but by use of a "Exchange" document, which can be read on the back of the note (weksel na zle...). Also included is a forgery of Thailand 1000 Baht which even has a holographic stripe on front at left with hologram effects (but not the correct ones), stamped counterfeit and punched hole cancelled. Furthermore a forgery of 1000 Rupiah 1946 De Javasche Bank (Netherlands Indies), torn and taped on back with overstamping "PALSU". The next are 2 pcs of Venezuela 100 Bolivianos which are in fact forgeries produced with promotional text on back, both in used condition. The last one in the set is from Greece. This note is actually a real banknote overstamped "AKYPO" and with two cancellation holes, traces of normal circulation. Interesting set of forgeries/cancellations. (6 pcs)

Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
