This note is not a "counterfeit", since to the best of my knowledge they were never used as money. It is a reprint made sometime after the banknote was demonetized. I'm guessing the 1960's. Some are very hard to tell from the original used banknotes. Most of these type reprints are sold in flea markets to foreign tourists (like me!). They are all printed in China and are of very good quality. This is a great example to fill a hole in your collection that might never be filled due to the cost of the original notes.
