B - LES FRAIS DE PORT (ex jusqu’à 100 g / Autres poids :

- Jusqu’à 39 euros : envoi ordinaire + lettre suivie : 3,50 e
- De 40 à 99 e : envoi en recommandé R2 : forfait 7 e
- A partir de 100 euros : GRATUIT (Recommandé offert)
- Enveloppe spéciale grand format : + 5 euros minimum selon poids
C – PREPARATION & LOGISTIQUE :
Pour bien protéger vos achats, nous :
- Scotchons l’enveloppe au niveau de sa fermeture au dos
- Insérons vos objets au sein de 2 cartes rigides pour mieux les protéger
- Les envoyons au sein d’une pochette plastique protectrice supplémentaire
- Accompagnons l’envoi d’une facture avec votre adresse en en-tête
(celle transmise par vous à Delcampe)
- La préparation occasionne 3 % de frais de logistique, avec un minimum de 1 e par envoi. Prendre soin de nos ENVOIS, c’est bien prendre soin de vos ACHATS !

B - POSTAGE: parcel under 100 g
- Up to € 29, regular mail: € 4
- From € 46 to 99: registered mail R2: flat fee of € 9,50
- Via registered mail FREE OF CHARGE for orders over € 100
- Special envelope - Large format: + 6 euros minimum depending on weight
C – HANDLING & SHIPPING:
To carefully protect your purchases, and avoid incorrectly addressed mail, we:
- Tape down the flap on the back of the envelope
- Protect your purchases between two sheets of stiff cardboard
- Further safeguard them by placing them inside a protective plastic bag
- Enclose your bill, with your mailing address in the header (the address which you provided to Delcampe)
- Each parcel sent this way weighs at least 30 grams (over the 20 g limit)
3) This requires a 5%, handling & shipping charge (min € 1)
