    Dear friends,

    A Newsletter with 5 points for this week-end ...

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    1. International payments in Euro; Free or, at least, cheaper

Good news to those among us (and we are many) who often have to make payments within European countries!

Starting 1st July, a new regulation becomes effective among banks of the European Union (Euro Zone + Denmark, United Kingdom and Sweden). The main objective of this regulation is to set the international fees for payments in Euros across the European Union equal to those used for same-country payments.

For more information, here is the link to a document issued by the Belgian Bank Association ( Link (http) :

To enjoy the benefits of this new regulation, your bank must furnish its bank's code (BIC) and your international account number (IBAN). Do not hesitate to contact your bank for additional information.

Let us hope that this will further facilitate transactions and continue to reduce the boundaries that exist among our countries.

    2. A new article in the Magazine

Our member John DICKENS has written for us a nice article; "The letter that arrived... before it even was written".

The text can be viewed at

Do not hesitate to send him your comments and encouragement! Thanks, John!

PS: If you, too, wish to write one or several articles, do not hesitate to contact us at info@delcampe.com

    3. New features on the site

    Identification
For your ease, identification (and exit from it) may now be performed on all pages through a specific link that has been added just below the menu bar (on the left).

    My Account
    a. Lists
    - Possibility to see the images linked to the items.
    - Direct link to contact members (buyers & sellers) on the lists.

    b. Favorites
    - Possibility of managing a list of favorite sellers.
    - Possibility of adding a personal comment to every favorite at the time of his/her identification.

    c. Seller's statistics

    d. New menu "Parameters"
Certain data, which were in your "Personal Coordinates" are there, together with:
    - The possibility of activating or disactivating the automatic identification at the opening of the site. (This frees you from having to type your nickname and password at every visit.)
    - The possibility of masking sale and purchase statistics.

    Posting a sale
A supplementary scrolling list allows you to select the category on which you want to sell.

    Editing of a sale
As for when you post a new item for sale, a supplementary scrolling list allows you to modify the category on which your item is listed.

    Search
Possibility of searching for the presentation page of a member (buyer or seller) by nickname.

    Forum
Possibility of adding "smileys" to your messages, a kind little touch that should be welcomed by many regulars of the forum (... and there are ever more of you!).

    4. Did you get a virus with one of our messages?

Many members have notified us that they received emails addressed to others and occasionally containing confidential information such as sale results or nickname/password sets. These emails are most often accompanied by a virus named W32/Bugbear.b @ MM
Contrary to what you may think, these emails do not originate from us but from several among you whose computers have been infected by the virus and have transmitted it to others.

You will find additional information on this virus at the following link:

    5. Mail delays in France !

Because of strikes, many members have reported to us large delays in the transport of French mail. A good advice: ... patience !

    See you soon !

    Best regards,

    Seb Delcampe
