Shipping Cost
Our shipping and handling cost are reasonable, and much lower (no lower priced item(s) but high shipping cost). This is because our shipping is calculated strictly by weight of individual item (no same S&H cost for similar item(s) (like Re-ment). Weight is calculated after item(s) are packed (as it may include box(es) at times). Hence, there are no hidden cost and we DO NOT earn from shipping. (For example, some similar items, like Re-ment, may vary in S&H cost, because of the weight differences in each different series).

In addition, we offer shipping discount from 2nd item onwards, and if you are bidding on our item(s) while purchasing some Buy It Now Item(s), we will wait for all live auction(s) to end and send everything together, so as to enjoy S&H discount.

At times, we will bear extra shipping cost, like registered mail cost. For item(s) to be insured, there will however be a little surcharge (deteremined by Singapore Post which is based on item(s) value).

Delivery of Items
Delivery is done on the same day or day after next (except when the day falls on a public holiday) when payment is complete. We will notify our buyers immediately when item is sent.

Packing
Bubble wraps are used during packing. For fragile items, we apply many layers of bubble wraps to ensure our buyers receive them in perfect condition, and may send in box instead of envelope.

Small items are wrap in bubble wrap and send in envelopes. For bigger items we deliver in box (items will also be bubble wrapped).
