Hoatzinstamps aims to offer a fast, reliable, friendly and no quibble service.

Hoatzinstamps is well aware of the importance of quality, service, packaging and price. I aim to provide a range of material, used and mint, low and high value, individual stamps and sets, postcards and Covers --- but predominately British Commonwealth. I try to cater for the needs of the small collector with modest income as well as anyone with deep pockets!

Your purchases will always be shipped securely and usually within one working day of payment, so if you havent received your purchase within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (Overseas) please let me know. Most UK shipments will be received next day if payment is received overnight or in the morning.

I keep postage and packaging charges as simple as possible. Combining purchases will also keep your costs down I only make one postage charge irrespective of the number of purchases (irrespective of whether they are stamps, postcards or Covers!) so take advantage of this if you can.

I do not make additional charges for using PAYPAL or Moneybookers.

I try hard to ensure that the stamps offered are properly described but from time to time I do make mistakes. I offer a no quibble refund policy so if you are unhappy for any reason let me know and I will endeavour to resolve the issue with you to your satisfaction.
