Nous attachons beaucoup d’importance à ce que nos acheteurs ne soient pas déçus.
Avant d’enchérir, bien lire la description de l’objet, les éventuels défauts d’état sont décrits.
Nous envoyons nos cartes sous protection plastique + protection cartonnée (souvent entre 2 cartes modernes).
Les pertes de courrier étant de plus en plus fréquentes (bien que restant marginales), nous vous conseillons fortement de choisir un envoi en recommandé (R1 ou R2 selon valeur de la carte) ou en courrier distingo suivi (pour la France).
 
Si vous rencontrez un quelconque problème après paiement de la carte (non réception, défaut oublié dans l’annonce …), n’hésitez pas à nous contacter (mail, courrier ou téléphone) pour résoudre le problème avant d’utiliser le système d’évaluation.
