Hoatzinstamps is well aware of the importance of quality, service, packaging and price. I aim to provide a range of material, used and mint, low and high value, individual stamps and sets, ‘buy it now’ and auction listings --- but predominately British Commonwealth. I try to cater for the needs of the small collector with modest income as well as anyone with deep pockets!

Your purchases will always be shipped in a hard backed envelope however few or many stamps you purchase. Your purchase will usually be shipped within one working day of payment, so if you haven’t received your purchase within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (Overseas) please let me know. Most UK shipments will be received next day if payment is received overnight or in the morning.

I try to keep my prices reasonable. I guess that’s a matter for you to judge of course.

I keep the postage and packaging costs to a level that merely offsets packaging and postage charges. Combining purchases will also keep your costs down – I only make one postage charge irrespective of the number of purchases made so take advantage of this if you can.

I try hard to ensure that the stamps offered are properly described but from time to time I do make mistakes. I offer a ‘no quibble’ refund policy so if you are unhappy for any reason let me know and I will endeavour to resolve the issue with you to your satisfaction.
