questo 10 cent è assolutamente privo di difetti ed è stato quindi firmato dal perito anche al verso,


l'altro 10 cent annulato brescia invece, il perito dice che è leggermente assottigliato, e non lo ha firmato al verso...l'assottigliatura è impercettibile e molto lieve

Mi scusi ma perchè il perito ha scitto sulla perizia sia per questa che per l'altro 10c. periziato che lei dice essere  carta a macchina Nr.2 indicante la carta a mano e non a macchina.

il perito dice invece che è proprio un carta a macchina..la M III stà per machinepaper terzo tipo, cioè carta a macchina ...inoltre si vede bene che è uno stemma reinciso in 2 direzioni, TAV B, e la E di CENTS è chiusa,
