Picture postcard with three pairs of the 4 Kop (Michel 66A) and three copies of the 1 Rub (Michel 77A).
Each 4 Kop stamp had a value of 4 Rubels, giving in total 27 Rub (tariff of July 1st).
Correct tariff.
Sent from Petrograd to Riga in independent Latvia.
