Postcard with the 60 gr. commemorative postage stamp issued on 19th July 1969 marking the fifth national alert of the Polish Boy Scout Association (depicitng the ´Labour´ Map and Badge).  The stamp has been cancelled with a commemorative postmark of the Warsaw 1 post office.
