International Buyer I ship via Registered/insured mail, I do not understate declared values on customs documents only on letter. Buyer is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or fees;

I'm a collector so if you have any question about the stamps or items, I will be happy  to answer according to my knowledge, pls. check carefully the scanned image and description.

International buyer I will shipping by registered or insured mail on request, but in any case I'm not responsible for damage or stolen.
Only in the case of loss/stolen , I will refund the value insured less fees and after the receiving of the final note from the Italian Post Office Investigation, therefore if it has been delivered by insured mail only.
