INTERNATIONAL: Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope is $18; Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box is $50; Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box is $62.
Shipping cost is for payment with Moneybookers and cash. If paying with Paypal then insurance is also required and will be added (because Paypal requires tracking information).
