PAYMENT METHODS:

1. Moneybookers  -   Moneybookers email addresses for payment. Any email below will work.

There is no fee if you pay by MoneyBookers. 

2.  International Money Order payable in US Dollars.

3. US Dollars Cash - sent at buyer's risk.

4.  Personal checks drawn on a US Bank in US Dollars - allow 14 days for the check 
to clear the bank.

5.  PayPal - PayPal now charges a fee on Personal Accounts. I do not add the PayPal 
fee in my lot prices. 
Therefore I now charge the PayPal fee to all who pay by PayPal. The fee is 35c per 
transaction plus 3.9% of the Invoice "Total Due US Dollars". I calculate the PayPal 
fee for you. The PayPal fee is included on my email Invoice that I send to you.

Any of the above 5 payment types is acceptable to me. I have no priority.

When paying by US cash the amounts of less than $1.00 can be paid in face value 
U.S. postage equal to amount of US cents owed. Or you can round up to the next 
higher dollar amount owed and I will refund your change in face value US stamps.

Note: Large objects (Sheets, Souvenir Sheets, Booklets, etc) require a large envelope. 
The Postal Service now adds a surcharge of approximately $1.00 in addition to normal 
postage for a large envelope. When you buy Sheets, Souvenir Sheets, Booklets, etc., 
expect your shipping costs to be much higher than when purchasing normal postal 
stamps.

Shipping Costs effective January 1, 2012. Shipping Costs are in U.S. Dollars. 
Multiple lots closing within 10 days can be combined if requested.

United States                -   65 cents per ounce (28 Grams)

Canada                           -   $1.05 cents per ounce (28 Grams)

Other Countries           -   $1.25 per ounce (28 Grams)

Actual shipping costs (according to weight) will be listed on the Invoice that you will 
receive by email. 

 Approximately 45 normal sized stamps can be shipped for one ounce (28 Grams).

Stamps are shipped by normal Air Mail at the buyer's risk unless Registration or 
insurance is requested.

Other Shipping Options:

Insurance       -   Costs vary with amount of Insurance and whether the shipment is 
Domestic (U.S.) or International. 

Registration   -   Available for shipment to Non-U.S. countries. Registration from the 
U.S. costs $11.50 per shipment. With Registration comes $45.62 free insurance. 
Unfortunately the amount of insurance is fixed and cannot be increased above 
the $45.62 amount.
