TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
Buyer pays shipping at cost. I
prefer payment by PayPal, but I'll also accept any other payment
method and currency (except direct payment by credit card) that is
convenient for buyer. I combine shipping of multiple items. For
prints it usually means that shipping cost for 1-5 prints is the
same.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING: Price
quoted with auction is for regular (surface) mail to European
countries. If shipping address is outside of Europe, I'll send you
invoice with shipping cost for priority mail (airmail). If value of
your purchase is more than $50-60, I'll insist on registered mail.
Shipping to Italy is special case: I'll insist on registered mail
because Italian postal service is notoriously unrealiable. Please
don't pay before you receive invoice from me.
If there are any questions or
problems please contact me. I am always willing to accomodate my
buyers. Normal people can always find a solution by just talking to
each other. Don't go running to eBay or PayPal, they really don't
care about buyer or seller, they just want their commission. If we
can't agree there is always option of cancelling the transaction.
If you are not happy with your purchase just tell me and I'll
refund your money, no questions asked, provided that you return
what you bought.
And one last thing: when you give
feedback please DON'T rate shipping time. If you receive your item
quickly I don't deserve credit, if you receive it after a long time
I don't deserve blame. I just give it to post office and then it is
out of my hands. I can't influence delivery time in any
way.
