Shipping:
Usually I'm sending all items by Registered mail because it is on my risk. If you want to safe some money, I can send by ordinary mail but it will be on your risk but maximum order euro2, If more order then registered only.

REGISTRED LETTER =  1 - 2 phonecards = 2,99 euro , 3 - 15 phonecards = 3,2-3,99 euro ,  4,50-5,99euro for 16 –90  cards , … etc. Please , ask for postage before biding for others items ( pins , postcards , stamps , coins, banknotes... etc ). 
I wrote approximate postage cost because is difference weigh between magnetic and chip cards.
