Shipping and Handling Costs
If Item Description does not contain special note on sh/h (in the end of description), it means we expect your pack to be lighter than 20gr;
In that case, sh/h is
1.50 Eur + 2.50 Eur for registration,
or 0 Eur + 2.50 Eur for registration.
Registered Priority Mail charge ( 2.50 Eur) adds if the amount is over 10 EUR
For items, for which the SAFE packs are expected to be heavier than 20gr, we add "Shipping and handling" section in the end of Descriptions.

If the due amount is OVER 10 EURO
BOTH PayPal and Skrill payments must be for
REGISTERED SHIPPING
This cost 2.50 Euro added to basic sh/h
This is dictated by Buyer Protection Policy, which demands PROOF of shipping from sellers (Tracking number),
so we do not want to risk more than 10 Euro.
This is not as awful as it sounds, because our
Free Shipping and Discounts policies will in most cases lower your expenses
(see sections 5 and 6)
Not to forget also:

NB! We sometimes fail to re-stock in time, so your won item
MAY be out of stock.
This is why we set our account on "Payment may be sent after seller's Invoice".
You are welcome to send "invoice Request"
as a signal that you finished shopping and want to pay.

we send Invoice to Buyers
Invoice is good for PayPal and Skrill

Deal is cancelled, item re-listed if within 1 week, buyer does not "show up" in form of a message or actual payment.

PayPal, Skrill, Bank Transfers (from EU), Postal Transfers, Western Union, Contact and UniStream payments are accepted.
Bank / IBAN transfer conditions:
- MINIMAL AMOUNT is 50 EUR / $70US;
- All bank charges are paid by Sender;
- Smaller amounts are additionally CHARGED 3 Eur / $6 US
Cash payment is completely on buyer's own risk
and generally not encouraged.

FREE BASIC SHIPPING
(only the charge for registration to be paid)

and packs no heavier than 100 grams.
This means: the regular mailing cost is ZERO,
and only 2.50 EURO Postal rate for registered priority mail is paid.
SH/H OF PACKS HEAVIER THAN 100gr IS FULLY PAID BY BUYER:
Basic sh/h (specified in Item Description) + 2.50 reg. mail.

DISCOUNTS
5% discount for purchases of 10 and more items
with total price of 50.00 Eur to 99.99 Eur;
10% discount for purchases of 10 and more items
with total price of 100.00 EUR and more.
Charge for REGISTRATION is not discounted.
This is effective for purchases made within 7 DAYS.
Best Offers, if accepted, ARE NOT DISCOUNTED;
and Free shipping does not apply.
Do not expect us to add discount on discount on discount...
So, in most cases, we deny Lower offers and save YOUR money!
