 As stated, this is for any number of Postcards purchased at the same time and sent to the one address.(Buy 10 or more postcard lots and pay NOTHING at all for postage & Insurance).  (Not applicable in instances where multiple offers are made and accepted). THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FEE PAYABLE FOR PAYING WITH SKRILL/MONEYBOOKERS OR PAYPAL

SHIPMENTS from September 01, 2012 will be privately insured through my current business insurer at my personal expense and at no additional cost to you, the buyer.

WHAT DOES THIS INSURANCE COVER?

a) Non-delivery to you within 28 days of your payment.
b) Damage caused in transport due to incorrect & / or inadequate packaging.
c) Item significantly not as described by me.
d) Claims are paid in full (including postage) within 7 days of receipt.

WHAT DOES THIS INSURANCE EXCLUDE?

The following countries are excluded from free insurance unless you have bought from me at least once before or have an unblemished feedback score:
Russia - Roumania - Bulgaria - People's Republic of China - Nigeria - Niger - Ghana - Ukraine - Philippines - Egypt - Indonesia - Israel - Palestine - Pakistan.  Buyers from these countries who pay with PAYPAL will need to add AUD $18.60 per shipment to cover Registered Postage with Delivery Confirmation.  This is not a FEE for using PAYPAL but rather to pay for PayPal's FREE BUYER PROTECTION PLAN! (sic)
Please be aware that Non-Paying Bidders are automatically Blacklisted.
