I can’t help registered shipment is so expensive in the Netherlands.
You can combine purchases over a longer period to save on shipment costs and if you buy a lot, a discount is possible. Only on agreement BEFORE buying. Please ask for it.

Aangetekende stukken en pakketten worden 2 keer per week naar het postkantoor gebracht. Registered letters and parcels will be brought to the post office twice a week.

I cannot be responsible for normal shipments getting lost. If you choose normal shipment the risk of the shipment getting lost is yours. I carefully pack and from the outside it isn't visible that stamps are inside. 1 in 500 shipments gets lost however. I regret that, but I can't help it.
Shipments to Southern America and Asia seem to get lost more often than other shipments, please be aware of this before you buy . Choose registered shipment for safety. Total amounts above 50,00 euro for shipment to Asia and Southern America will ONLY be shipped registered.
For other countries it would be best to choose registered shipment too for amounts above 50 euro. Above 100,00 euro I ONLY ship registered to EVERY country.

Het hele jaar stuur ik de aankopen op zodra ik de betaling heb ontvangen. In de periode van vlak voor de Kerst tot en met een aantal dagen in het nieuwe jaar verstuur ik echter geen post. Het risico op zoekraken van poststukken is dan vele malen groter en ik wil er alles aan doen om de aankopen veilig bij u te krijgen. Daarom verzend ik pas weer post na 6 januari.
Past years have shown that shipments get lost more often when sent between Christmas and New Year and the days just after.
Therefore I don't send anything from a few days before Christmas until a few days into the new year. I do like to do my utmost best to get you your items and I think I have a better chance when I send them after January 6th.
