All items are shipped via Canada Post.

There are two options: (unless otherwise stated in the item description)

First Class Airmail:
Canada $1.00 for the 1st item + 10 cents for each additional item
United States $1.50 for the 1st item + 10 cents for each additional item
Worldwide $2.00 for the 1st item + 10 cents for each additional item

Registered and Insured:
Canada $10.00 for the 1st item + 10 cents for each additional item
United States $12.00 for the 1st item + 10 cents for each additional item
Worldwide $14.00 for the 1st item + 10 cents for each additional item

If you live in a country that has trouble with its postal system or are purchasing expensive items, you should definitely choose the "Registered and Insured" option. If your items are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping and you didn't choose the "Registered and Insured" option, then there is no way to refund or credit your purchase, and they cannot be refunded via PayPal, Moneybookers or your credit card company.

Shipments are sent within 1-2 business days of payment being processed.

Shipments to Russia, Italy, Turkey and China can only be sent via "Registered and Insured".

Shipments with an invoice of over $250 USD must be sent via "Registered and Insured"

All items (unless otherwise stated) carry a 120 Day Return Privilege.  Any items, within 30 Days of Invoice date, may be returned for refund or credit. Any items, within 31 to 120 Days of Invoice date, may be returned for credit toward future purchases from Jace Stamps. Return postage will be credited up to the amount paid, provided that nice postage stamps are used on the return envelope.  Please email us, returns@jacestamps.com, before sending anything back.  The date of the first email will be considered the return date.

All amounts are in US Dollars, we only take Paypal and Moneybookers as payment.  We Charge no extra fees for using Paypal or Moneybookers.

We pay the PST, HST and GST for Canadian customers. International customers are responsible for any taxes or import duty that they may incur.

Terms. MNH = Mint Never Hinged, MLH = Mint Lightly Hinged, MH = Mint Hinged, Mint = Mint with Gum that has been disturbed in some way, MNG = Mint No Gum/Unused. Used = Has been postally used. SP = Space Filler/Faulty/Damaged. S/S = Souvenir Sheet. M/S = Mini Sheet. P/S = Part Sheet. F/S = Full Sheet. Stamps from countries that produce CTO's (cancelled to order) can be assumed to be CTO. Items with numbers in Brackets at the end of the title, ex: (12-3-7), are our inventory control numbers and have nothing to do with values or dates.

Images of the stamps are from our stock and may be different from the stamp you receive. That being said we always send the best examples we have, first, so the stamp that comes to you, may in fact be much better than the one shown in the listing.

All stamps with a (P) in the title have a scan of the actual stamp you will receive. Normally stamps selling for more than $20.
