Postage to UK destinations- £1 per combined order upto a value of £10.
- £2 per combined order in excess of £10, which included 'Recorded Signed For'
- Al UK items sent via Royal Mail 'First Class'
Postage to NON UK destinations
- All non UK items sent using the Royal Mail Small Packets Tariff and are charged at cost:
- Europe £2.70 per combined order
- Rest of World £8.30 per combined order (postage cost of £3.30 plus £5.00 'Airsure' service - sadly I have been forced to do this due to recent losses in the post and the impact on my finances of then having to refund my customers)
Additional information- ALL ORDERS SHIPPED WITH 2 WORKING DAYS. Please allow 7 days UK. 14 days EEC, and 2 to 4 weeks Rest of World.

- All international shipments are by air mail. However, please be aware that recently items sent to Switzerland, Brazil, and Australia have still taken over 2 weeks to arrive. This is possibly due to customs backlogs.

- Cheques drawn on a UK bank account payable to 'Penzance Media'
- BANK TRANSFERS are NOT accepted due charges by my bank.
- Please do NOT send cash or non UK cheques and orders.
- Please make sure your payment includes postage if applicable.
CUSTOMS
Please be aware that UK law obliges me to place a customs declaration on all despatches to countries outside of the EEC. If as a result, additional duty or taxes has to be paid, this is your responsibility as the importer of the goods. If you are unsure please seek guidance before purchasing. RETURNS, LOSSES, AND CANCELLATIONS- You have a 10 day cooling off period from placing your order. During this period please drop me a line if you want to cancel the order, so I can relist the item. Please be assurred that no negative feedback will be left and that you will receive a polite and friendly service.
- Likewise should you be unhappy with your goods, please feel free to return them. I will pay the cost of the return. Full refund issued on receipt of goods or by providing a copy of proof of posting. Please contact me first for instructions as to which postage option is most suitable.
- In the event of non receipt any refund is made on the understanding that you will fully co-operate with the Royal Mail in any enquires they may make. All losses are reported irrespective of value.
