Due to several lost letters, from now on I will mail all letters to the following destinations only by registered mail:

Eastern Europe, Asia (except Japan), Africa, Central and South America. To all other destinations above 20 Euro I also only mail by registered mail.  I am sorry for this inconvenience! Also all shipments above 75 Euro I only mail by insured mail.
Registered mail is only insured for 25 Euro. Above a total of 60 Euro registration is free, above 125 Euro no postage cost, only for insurance. Above 250 Euro also no insurance cost. 

Covers, sheetlets and sometimes s/s require a bigger envelope with cardboard. I will combine your purchases of up to two weeks to one shipment to save shipping fees.


For payment I accept the following:

Paypal ( no additional fees for Paypal payments, but for small amounts I would prefer Moneybookers due to high Paypal fees), Wire transfer to my account in Germany. Also I accept payments by Moneybookers.

For payments above 750 Euro no creditcard payment accepted by Paypal or Moneybookers due to recent incidents.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then just return it and I will refund you. If it was my fault then I also refund your postage cost.
