You can bid with complete confidence as a full refund of the bid amount will be given if any item is not as shown or as described so long as returned within 28 days of despatch from the UK. I do not normally deal in fake or forged cards so you will not find these listed unless they are described as such. All items can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price so long as they are returned in the same condition and by the same method as sent.

Fixed postage and packing applies to total lots bought so check other offers and save money.  Payment may be made by the indicated methods.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

Please note postage and packing charges are fixed. We combine these charges for all lots sent to the same address up to a maximum weight of 2KG. Over 2KG the postage charge is levied again up to a maximum of 2KG. We will combine postage and packing to cover lots closing over several days and, sometimes over a longer period. Please note that payment is expected within 14 days otherwise items may be re-listed. Please note that we pack and mail lots two to three times per week. Please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery or 21 days for outside the UK delivery. If you have received nothing within that time frame please contact us so we can investigate in conjunction with Royal Mail and either refund or re-send if a package has gone astray.

Postage for 1 item - UK up to 100g = £0.70  Europe up to 20g = £1.00  Rest of the World up to 20g = £1.50

Maximum Postal charges for multiple orders are as follows:-

UK - £3.00 maximum combined shipping for all items  sent together in one package. 
All other countries - £4.50 maximum combined shipping for all items  sent together in one package. Weight up to 200 grammes sent Airmail. Weight over 200 grammes sent by Surface mail. If Airmail is required for heavy packages please contact us for a quotation as the price depends on destinationn. Packages with a value in excess of £60 may be subject to a Registration fee of £5.50. This charge may also apply to destinations that have a high incidence of postal loses or customers with feedback that indicates this. Please note on older listings these charges may appear lower as postal rates were lower when the listing was created. In most cases you will find we have subsidised the postal costs and not charged the full price. The exception to this may be one item lots which are usually expensive in time and effort to process. It is more cost effective for customers to combine items to be sent together or to purchase multiple items to benefit from our subsidised postal costs.
 
PAYPAL Payments - Important notice:

We regret not being to currently accept Paypal payments on items from countries that are under any form of United States trade embargoes. This because Paypal are freezing or closing accounts that sell or buy items listed as being from these countries. This is illegal in both the UK and EU in my opinion but until the situation is clarified all invoices will have these items removed and their totals will appear in the 'other' part of the Delcampe invoice. Stamps are listed according to Stanley Gibbons Stamps of the World and are thus simplified listings where no emphasis is placed on different printings of the same issue. At the present time we are unable to provide specific stamps according to perforations, watermarks etc. We can only supply the item according to the generic design as listed. For this reason we do not quote specific catalogue numbers. Please note that I do not usually accept offers on my items. My auction start price is usually the lowest price I will accept for an item. For those who submit many multiple lower offers for items I will usually only reply to a few of the offers usually to refuse the offer. To reply to all such offers is too time intensive. If you wish to pay by Paypal please note I do NOT charge any extra fees for this service. Some scans are stock scans so you may not get exactly the items shown. In the case of low value used stamps you may get a stamp with a different postmark to that shown - if this is important to you please do not place a bid without making contact first. With phonecards any control number may be different from shown. I do NOT list phonecards by control numbers unles otherwise stated in the title. Banknotes may have a different serial number to that shown. Should you receive an item that is not as described or has faults not as described it can be returned for a refund or credit against any further purchase.

We sell items not feedback - but feedback lets us know you have received the item and are satisfied with it and the service given so the transaction is then finished.
