The items are sent once the payment has been receivd. They are usually sent the first working day after the payment has been received.
The seller will not be responsible for any damages the items may have due to transport. However, the items are packed carefully (reinforced envelopes for small items; special envelopes with cardboard lining for stamps, postcards and the like; bigger boxes for bigger items).
The postage expense corresponds to that shown at the webside of Poste Italiane (www.poste.it) and a few cents are added for extra expenses (envelops, wrapping paper, adhesive tape, boxes, etc…). In case of shipment outside Italy, you should ALLWAYS contact me first, because shipment cost varies according to the destination, being the more distant the more expensive.

…non si fa credito a nessuno! C’era scritto, una volta, su delle mattonelle esposte dietro la cassa dei negozi. Ora, nell’epoca del e-commerce, sono cambiati i suonatori ma la musica è rimasta la stessa! Un gentile acquirente, dopo avere liberamente scelto che l’oggetto che aveva acquistato da me gli venisse spedito attraverso la Posta Prioritaria, sostenendo che l’oggetto non gli era mai arrivato, ha preteso che lo rimborsassi di tutto, comprese le spese postali. Non solo: mi sono anche sentito dare del disonesto, perché quel gentile acquirente ha chiaramente sostenuto che io non avessi mai effettuato la spedizione! Per questo, pur comprendendo che la posta raccomandata ha un costo superiore (e che questo scoraggerà molti acquirenti ad acquistare oggetti da me, soprattutto quelli di basso valore), ho deciso che d’ora in poi offrirò come servizio di spedizione esclusivamente la Posta Raccomandata o i corrieri postali. EVENTUALMENTE RIMANE POSSIBILE EFFETTUARE SPEDIZIONI A BASSO COSTO (POSTA PRIORITARIA O PACCO ORDINARIO) SOLO EFFETTUANDO IL PAGAMENTO ATTRAVERSO CIRCUITI CHE NON PREVEDANO PENALIZZAZIONI A CARICO DEL VENDITORE (ES.: POSTEPAY).
